Christmas is traditionally a time which focuses on children, especially so, since a Child is the focal point of the Christmas story. Father Christmas and his sack of presents for the children is the motif used by most commercial presentations of the season.
In fact, Christmas, presents and children go together just as much as curry and rice, or thunder and lightning or Village Six, popcorn and Coke.
Christmas and children. The 1998 Christmas stamps draw on this relationship. Children of various ages were asked to portray Christmas as they see it and the stamps present four different age-group interpretations, 10, 14 16 &18 years.
Post Fiji released a set of four Christmas stamps on 23 November 1998.
