Things you should know - there are two different types of accounts catering for individual needs.

Standing order account

The standing order account enables collectors to receive on a priority basis, the philatelic stamps for which they have prescribed in the shortest possible time after the day of issue, as long as a sufficient balance is maintained in the account to cover the cost.

One does not have to contact us for every new issue. The standing order form has to be filled in by stating your requirements, enclosing remittance and mailing (or faxing) it to us. One can be assured that the orders will be despatched promptly.

The minimum deposit required for standing orders is F$30.00. If you have an existing standing order, do not send this order form unless additional stamps are required.

Deposit Account

This service is designed to assist those philatelists whose requirements vary from issue to issue. To open a deposit account, one just has to complete the relevant application form and enclose deposit against which future purchases may be made.

Terms - without an account, payment must accompany the order.
Postage is not charged for philatelic orders despatched by our Bureau.
Period of sale - unless stocks are exhausted earlier, the stamps remain on sale for a period of 12 months from the release date.
First day covers - official first day covers (with first day cancellations) will be provided by the Bureau at an extra cost of $1.00 for each cover.
